Heliskiing carries inherent risks – avalanches, alpine terrain, helicopter operations – that no amount of safety planning can fully remove. Every guest signs the standard Helicat Canada Acknowledgement of Risks and Release of Liability that every heliski operator in British Columbia uses.
Before booking, we ask you to read this waiver carefully. Our booking system provides a secure portal where you can review and accept the Release Agreement before payment, and we are happy to discuss any questions you may have in detail.

About this Waiver
The Waiver is the 2-page Release Agreement standard at Helicat Canada member operators in British Columbia. It covers wilderness activities for the whole season – skiing, snowboarding, alpine terrain, helicopter operations and the Avalanche Airbag System.
